현재 <빠나나스캔들> 아크릴 스탠드가 발판과 상판이 정밀하게 고정되지 않는 문제점이 발견되었습니다.

미숙한 검수로 인하여 고객님들께 심려를 끼쳐드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다.

저희 투니크에서는 해당 문제를 전달해주신 고객 여러분께 다시 한번 감사의 인사를 전해드리며

<빠나나스캔들> 아크릴 스탠드를 구매해 주신 분들께 아크릴 스탠드 구매 수 량당 1천 원의 적립금을 보내드리고자 합니다.

오프라인 구매자분들께서는 번거로우시겠지만 투니크 홈페이지 가입 후, 1:1 문의 게시판에 아크릴 구매 수량이 기재된 영수증, 혹은 구매 내역과 실물 사진을 첨부하여 12월 19일까지 문의 글을 작성해주시면 12월 20일에 온·오프라인 구매자분들 모두에게 일괄적으로 적립금을 지급해 드리도록 하겠습니다.

비록 팬 여러분의 작품과 캐릭터에 대한 애정을 적립금으로 보상해드릴 수 없다는 점은 잘 알고 있지만 이렇게나마 부족한 성의를 보여드리고자 하니 부디 양해를 부탁드립니다.

다만 임시방편으로나마 상품의 본질적인 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 아크릴 스탠드 상판 밑단에 투명 셀로판테이프를 높이 1.3mm 정도의 길이로 붙이거나

긁힘 방지를 위해 부착된 보호필름의 밑면 하단부를 제거하지 않을 시 고정이 된다는 것을 재검수 중 확인했습니다.

따라서 온라인 구매자분들께는 배송 시 간편하게 스탠드를 사용하실 수 있도록 스티커를 제작해 함께 보내드릴 예정이며 오프라인 구매자분들께서는 먼저 적립금을 받으신 후 다음 이벤트 방문 시 직원분께 말해주시면 동일 스티커를 수량대로 나눠드리니 양해를 부탁드리겠습니다.

Currently, there is a problem in the <BBanana Scandal> acrylic stand that the foothold and the top plate cannot not accurately fixed with each other. 

We sincerely apologize for causing inconvenience to our customers due to our immature inspection.

We would like to express our gratitude to the customers who raised the problem.

To those who purchased the <BBanana Scandal> acrylic stand, we will send 1,000 won points per acrylic stand purchased. 

For offline buyers, it might be very inconvenient. Please leave a 1:1 inquiry on the Toonique website after making an account. Please submit the inquiry by December 19th with a receipt of the acrylic stand or your order details with a photo of the goods. We will give all online and offline buyers the points on December 20th.

Although we know that points cannot be used to compensate fans for their love of works and characters, but even so, we also want to try our best to show insufficient sincerity. Thank you for your understanding. 

However, for now, in order to solve the essential problem of the product by a temporary method, a transparent tape in a length of about 1.3mm in height attached to the bottom of the acrylic stand or

it could be fixed if you don’t remove the bottom part of the protective film which is used to prevent scratches. 

Therefore, we have made stickers and will send to the online buyers so that they can easily use the stand. And the offline buyers will receive points first. Please ask the staff for the stickers when re-visiting for the next event. 

Again, we are sorry for causing the inconvenience. We will try our best to provide better service and become a better Toonique, and not let such case happen again in the future.
